Claytime’s hold policy is 30 days. We are not responsible for pieces left in the store after 30 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you book a service online, your prepayment is your commitment to showing up on time. Claytime cancellations DO NOT offer cash refunds. Instead you may: reschedule once or get store credit for 90% of the amount of the booking. Thank You for supporting local!
