What is your hold policy for items?

​Claytime’s hold policy is 30 days. We are not responsible for pieces left in the store after 30 days.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you book a service online, your prepayment is your commitment to showing up on time. Claytime cancellations DO NOT offer cash refunds. Instead you may: reschedule once or get store credit for 90% of the amount of the booking. Thank You for supporting local!

What is your return and refund policy?

No refunds. We do allow rescheduling once.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

US Postal Service. We take the utmost care with all shipped items by wrapping and cushioning (bubble wrap, etc.) to ensure they arrive in the same condition they were shipped.
